After the success of the Galaxy S24 FE, Samsung could be planning on refreshing this phone soon. Some new leaks have popped up that reveal Samsung is gearing up to launch the Galaxy S25 FE with some really premium upgrades.
The report comes from ZDNet, which reveals that the device may borrow key design cues from the recently leaked Galaxy S25 Edge. This makes the phone a more refined and premium offering for those who want the S series experience but don’t want to spend a lot.
Samsung could really be making the next FE phone one of their most premium offerings in this series yet. The biggest change that’s rumoured is that the Galaxy S25 FE might have one of the slimmest form factors. The report claims that Samsung is reducing the thickness of the device from 8.0mm on the Galaxy S24 FE to just 7.4mm. This is being made possible by using a flexible OLED panel, which not only allows for a slimmer profile but also thinner bezels around the screen. This also aligns with Samsung’s recent positioning, where they are trying to make their devices slimmer without compromising on battery, giving the user a more grand and premium in-hand experience.

On the display side, Samsung is expected to be using a 6.7-inch OLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. The display will most likely feature an FHD+ resolution, with the symmetrical slim bezels giving the phone a clean and modern look.
Coming to the performance, the Galaxy S25 FE was recently spotted on Geekbench. This almost confirms the key internal specifications that Samsung might be using for this phone. Samsung is planning to use the Exynos 2400 SoC along with 8GB RAM. On the software side, the Samsung Galaxy S25 FE might come with Android 16 out of the box, with One UI 7.0 on top. The phone is expected to house a 4,700mAh cell with support for 45W fast wired charging, similar to other flagship Samsung phones.
While the leaks give us a decent glimpse of the Galaxy S25 FE, more details like display brightness, IP rating, and launch timeline are still unknown. With leaks already surfacing online, we can expect the tech giant to officially drop some teasers or announcements soon.
