Xiaomi has announced a new smartphone – the Redmi Note 14 SE 5G – under its sub-brand, set to launch in India next week. The device will join the Redmi Note 14 5G family, which already includes the Redmi Note 14, Note 14 Pro, and Note 14 Pro+. Redmi Note 14 SE 5G Specifications

According to the official microsite, the Redmi Note 14 SE 5G will feature an AMOLED display with 120Hz refresh rate and up to 2100 nits peak brightness. The screen is also confirmed to support in-display fingerprint sensor and come with Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection. Under the hood, the Redmi Note 14 SE 5G will pack a MediaTek Dimensity 7025 Ultra and up to 16GB RAM (including virtual RAM). The phone is confirmed to be backed by a 5,110mAh battery with TurboCharge fast charging support. The battery will come with TUV SUD certification, offering a lifespan of four years.

For photography, the phone will sport a triple rear camera setup including a 50MP Sony LYT-600 main sensor with optical image stabilization (OIS). The camera is said to support superior low-light captures.

The Redmi Note 14 SE 5G will house dual stereo speakers, offering up to 300% volume boost and Dolby Atmos support.

Redmi Note 14 SE 5G Launch Date in India

Redmi India took to X (formerly Twitter) to announce that the Redmi Note 14 SE 5G will make its debut in the country on July 28. It is said to carry a “killer price” tag. the Note 14 SE 5G is expected to come in a Red colourway among other options.

To recall, the Redmi Note 14 series debuted in India in December last year. The Note 14 5G launched at Rs 17,999 for the base 8GB RAM + 128GB storage model. The Redmi Note 14 Pro 5G was priced at Rs 23,999, while the high-end Redmi Note 14 Pro+ 5G started at Rs 29,999.
