Realme Pad 2 Lite to debut with an 8300mAh battery; Here are the details

Realme is ready for an expansion in the tablet market with the launch of the Realme Pad 2 Lite tablet in India. As confirmed by the company, the tablet will make its debut on September 13, 2025. This one is being hailed as the watered-down version of the Realme Pad 2 that was launched in July 2024. The Pad 2 is available in the market for Rd 17,999. Expectations are that we will get to see the Realme Pad 2 Lite at a price under Rs 15,000. It will be available for purchase on Flipkart and the official Realme website. Realme Pad 2 Lite specifications and features

Realme has also dropped a teaser that revealed a few key specifications of the upcoming tablet. First things first, it will be launched alongside the Realme P2 Pro 5g smartphone. The teasers unveiled two color variants of the tablet. We will also get to see a circular camera island consisting of two individual rings housing a camera and LED flash.

Relate Pad 2 Lite will feature a 2K Eye Comfort Display coupled with a 90Hz refresh rate and 450 nits of peak brightness. Other details related to the display include an 83.6% screen-to-body ratio and DC dimming. The tablet will be powered by a MediaTek Helio G99 processor along with 16GB RAM.

However, one thing to note here is that the mentioned RAM capacity includes both the base RAM and extended RAM. The tablet will also get 128GB of internal storage. It will run on the Realme UI 5.0 based on the Android 14 operating system. Realme Pad 2 Lite will ship with an 8300mAh monstrous battery. As claimed by Realme, the device can go on for up to 14 hours on video playback. All other details regarding the pricing and availability of the device will be revealed in the launch event by Realme.
