OnePlus is finally bringing its premium Pad 3 to India. After months of global launch, the tech giant is launching its OnePlus Pad 3 in India. OnePlus has revealed the sale will go live on September 5th at 12 PM IST. Also Read: OnePlus Pad 3 Goes On Sale In India: Check Its Price, Offers, Specifications, More
The product has also been listed on the OnePlus website. It will be available in two colour options — Storm Blue and Frosted Silver. Storage options are also suggested to be available in 12GB RAM with 256GB of storage and 16GB RAM with 512GB storage. What else should you expect? Read on.
The OnePlus Pad 3 comes with a 13.2-inch display and a clean, minimalist design that gives it a premium feel. Its aluminium body and 7:5 aspect ratio work well for reading or multitasking in split screen. At 675g, though, it can get a bit tiring to hold for long stretches. Under the hood, the new Snapdragon 8 Elite chip ensures smooth performance, whether you’re juggling YouTube, Docs, or multiple Chrome tabs. For everyday office work, it can easily step in as a temporary laptop replacement.
The Smart Keyboard aims to deliver a laptop-like experience, but it still needs some polish. During testing, a few keys didn’t respond consistently, and the touchpad felt clunky at times. It’s fine for quick work on the go, but not something you’d rely on for long typing sessions. Gaming, on the other hand, feels fluid with high settings supported by the GPU and cooling system. The large 13-inch size, however, might be slightly awkward for extended sessions — especially if you have smaller hands.

Battery life is another strong point. The massive 12,140mAh cell comfortably lasts through a full workday or up to two days of casual use. And with 80W fast charging, you can get back to 100% in about 90 minutes, which is still rare in the tablet segment.
If OnePlus prices the Pad 3 close to Rs 40,000, it could be a solid option for those seeking both productivity and entertainment in a single device. However, if the price exceeds Rs 50,000, the LCD panel and an average front camera may feel like drawbacks at that price range. The exact launch date and pricing haven’t been confirmed yet, but we should know more soon.
