OnePlus Nord CE4 India launch: OnePlus launched the OnePlus Nord CE4 in India today. This smartphone is the successor to the OnePlus Nord CE3 5G that was launched in India last year at a starting price of Rs 26,999. The newly launched OnePlus Nord CE4 is the first smartphone launching in India that comes with Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 system-on-chip (SoC). This chip was launched globally last month. The OnePlus Nord CE4 comes at a starting price of Rs 24,999 for the variant with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage space. The other variant that comes with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage space is priced at Rs 26,999. Interested buyers will be able to purchase the phone starting 12PM on April 4 via Amazon India, OnePlus’s official India website, OnePlus Experience Store, OnePlus Store App, Reliance Digital, Chroma and other retail partners. Buyers who purchase the OnePlus Nord CE4 on April 4 will get the OnePlus Nord Buds 2R worth Rs 2,199 at no additional cost. On the other hand, buyers who purchase the OnePlus Nord CE4 starting April 5 will get an instant bank discount of up to Rs 1,500 and an exchange bonus of up to Rs 2,500, which will bring down the price of the device further.

OnePlus Nord CE4 specifications and features

OnePlus says that the design of the OnePlus Nord CE4 has been inspired by the company’s flagship OnePlus 11 Marble Odyssey smartphone. The OnePlus Nord CE4 sports a 6.7-inch AMOLED display with a full HD+ resolution of 2,220 x 1,080 pixels, and a screen refresh rate of 120Hz. OnePlus says that the display comes with AquaTouch display that can detect touch accurately even when there are water droplets on the screen. Users can also unlock the phone’s fingerprint sensor even with wet fingers.

As mentioned before, the OnePlus Nord CE4 is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 chipset that is coupled with 8GB of RAM and up to 256GB of storage space. The company says that users can expand this storage space further using a microSD card of up to 1TB space. The phone runs Android 14-based OxygenOS 14. OnePlus is offering two years of operating system updates and three years of security updates on the purchase of this phone. It is backed by a 5,500mAh dual-cell battery with support for 100W superVOOC fast-charging technology. This phone can charge the phone completely in just 29 minutes.

Coming to the camera, the OnePlus Nord CE4 comes with a two-rear camera setup, which includes a 50MP primary camera and an 8MP ultra-wide camera. On the front, the phone has an 16MP camera that is housed inside a punch-hole display that is placed in the top-middle part of the display. The primary camera is powered by the Sony LYT sensor that is coupled with Optical Image Stabalisation Technology. The secondary camera at the back is powered by the Sony IMX355 sensor. The rear camera setup also offers noise reduction feature with RAW HDR support. On audio front, it has dual stereo speakers.

The OnePlus Nord CE4 comes in two colour variants — Dark Chrome Black and Celadon Marble.
