OnePlus Nord 5 Specifications

The OnePlus Nord 5 is rumoured to be a rebranded OnePlus Ace 5 Racing Edition, which is expected to launch in China later this month. According to leaks, the Ace 5 will be powered by the Dimensity 9400e chipset, an unannounced processor that could provide strong performance for a mid-range device. This processor could be a toned down version of the Dimensity 9300+.  news Also Read: Amazon Great Indian Festival Sale: OnePlus Nord 5 Price Drops To Its Lowest With A Flat Rs 3,500 Off - Should You Buy?

The phone is also rumored to sport a 6.77-inch flat display and come equipped with an optical fingerprint scanner. As for the camera, the Nord 5 (or Ace 5 Racing Edition) will reportedly feature a 50MP primary sensor and the details for the other sensors seems to be unknown. The device will also feature a plastic middle frame, which is expected to make it lighter and more affordable.

The OnePlus Nord 5 is rumoured to bring a larger 6,650mAh battery. This seems to be a pattern in all the new launches, as we are seeing larger batteries across the board. This is largely due to the shift from lithium-ion to silicon-carbon batteries, which are more efficient and powerful. This improvement in battery capacity is likely to provide users with better longevity and enhanced performance. It is also hinted on the TUV Rheinland certification that the phone might get an 80W fast charging support.

Considering the early rumors and leaks, this phone could be shaping up to be a solid contender in the mid-range segment, making it a great option in the under Rs 30,000 price range.
