The Pixel 10 leaks just keep on coming. Recently, a leak of the prototype showcased the design and even some brand-new ringtones surfaced online. Now, we now have fresh info that reveals a major leap in the video department. If this leak holds true, the Pixel 10 could bring one of the biggest camera upgrades we’ve seen from Google in years.

According to a new report from Android Headlines, Google has heavily improved video stabilisation on the Pixel 10 series. The report claims that it’s almost equal to using a DJI Osmo Mobile 6. If this is true, then we could get the best stabilisation yet on a phone.

That’s a bold claim as well, and this means it could give huge competition to the iPhones. Pixel phones have always been known for their computational photography, but couldn’t quite catch up to the quality that iPhones offer. With this new leak, Google might be aiming to be an all-rounder camera device that takes good photos and also excels in videos. This could also make the new Pixel 10 series an ideal device for vloggers, content creators, or even casual users capturing memories on the go.

The best part of this leak is that this improved stabilisation isn’t just for the high-end models. The report confirms it’ll be available across the entire Pixel 10 lineup. This means even standard models will also get improved video outputs, making them more value for money.

Everything We Know So Far

Apart from the camera upgrade, earlier leaks have revealed that Google is prepping new ringtones for the Pixel 10 series. These leaks also have hinted at Google still using the 5nm node with their new Tensor G5. It also shows that the design would be similar with some refinements, polishing the signature Pixel look.

Pixel 10 Leaked Launch Date

All leaks point to Google sticking with its August playbook this year. If the rumours turn out to be true, the Pixel 10 lineup will be officially unveiled on August 13. This still means we could see a few more leaks until then, especially as Google starts hyping up the launch. But if the video stabilisation upgrade is any indication, the Pixel 10 could end up being one of the most exciting Android phones of the year.
