Vivo is all set to unveil the flagship X300 series in China next month. The lineup is confirmed to debut on October 13 and is expected to arrive in global markets following its China launch. Ahead of the launch, the Vivo X300 Pro 5G has appeared on Geekbench benchmark platform, revealing its performance scores and other key specs. Vivo has already confirmed that the X300 series will run on the latest MediaTek Dimensity 9500 chipset. The lineup will be the first to pack the new mobile processor. The Vivo X300 Pro 5G recently appeared on Geekbench with the model number V2514. The listing suggests that the Vivo X300 Pro 5G, running on Dimensity 9500, scored 3,177 in single-core and 9,701 in multi-core tests. The device will likely boot Android 16 out of the box. Vivo has officially revealed the design of the upcoming X300 Pro 5G. It could be seen carrying forward the same design language as its predecessor – the Vivo X200 Pro 5G. The X300 Pro 5G features a circular camera island with ZEISS-tuned sensors. This time around, the brand is expected to equip the Pro model with a flat display and a new rear panel look.
Through teasers, the company also confirmed that the Vivo X300 Pro 5G will debut in four colourways. It is said to come in Wild Brown, Free Blue, Simple White, and Pure Black colours.
In terms of specs, the Vivo X300 Pro 5G will be equipped with a 6.78-inch flat display and measure 7.99mm in thickness. The front will house a punch-hole cutout for the selfie camera. The display is expected to come with features like iPhone’s Dynamic Island. The Vivo X300 series is expected to run on Android 16-based OriginOS 6 globally, including India.
