Samsung has expanded its F-series with the launch of the Galaxy F17 5G in India. The new budget phone comes as a successor to the Galaxy F16 5G, which comes with several upgrades. From the display, chipset to the battery, you will find the latest Samsung Galaxy F17 5G to be worth considering.

This budget phone by Samsung, the Galaxy A17 5G, features a 6.7-inch full HD+ AMOLED display with a 90Hz refresh rate, and it is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass Victus. It weighs just 192 grams and also gets an IP54 rating against dust and water.

It packs the Exynos 1330 chipset along with a Mali-G68 MP2 GPU under the hood. For photography, it features a 50MP primary camera with optical image stabilisation (OIS) along with a 2MP macro lens and a 5MP ultra-wide lens. For selfies and video calls, it has a 13MP front camera.

It also packs a 5000mAh battery with support for 25W charging. What’s interesting is that despite being a budget phone, Samsung ensures to offer 6 years of additional OS updates and 6 years of security patches.

Apart from this, the 6GB RAM and 128GB storage is priced at Rs 15,499, while the 8GB RAM and 128GB storage option will cost you Rs 16,999.
