The tipster claims that the Oppo F31 series will pack a 7,000mAh battery. To recall, the Oppo F29 and Oppo F29 Pro feature 6,500mAh and 6,000mAh batteries, respectively.
Like the F29 series, the Oppo F31 series is also expected to be durable. It is tipped to feature a 360-degree armour body. The F29 lineup packs an aluminium alloy motherboard cover, reinforced with diamond-cut corners and impact-absorbing airbags to protect the devices against accidental drops.
The tipster also suggests that the Oppo F31 series will offer a significant network performance boost. This feature is, again, said to be borrowed from the F29 series, which packs a Hunter Antenna layout that boosts signal strength by up to 300%. The Oppo F31 and Oppo F31 Pro could offer a four-channel reception that automatically switches between the best available network to avoid signal drops.
The Oppo F31 series is expected to bring incremental upgrades over the F29 series in terms of performance. For comparison, the Oppo F29 features a Qualcomm Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 chipset, while the Oppo F29 Pro packs a MediaTek Dimensity 7300 Energy chip.
More details about the upcoming Oppo F31 series are expected to emerge as we draw closer to the launch next month.
