OnePlus has announced the launch of its new Nord CE 5, along with the OnePlus Buds 4 and the Nord 5, on July 8th. However, it is the Nord CE 5 and the OnePlus Buds 4 which are expected to offer advanced features without the steep price tag. Ahead of the launch, OnePlus has revealed that the Nord CE 5 will be available from July 12, while the Buds 4 go on sale starting July 9 across the OnePlus online store, Amazon, and offline stores.

OnePlus Nord CE 5 Specifications To Expect

The OnePlus Nord CE 5 is confirmed to be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 8350 Apex processor and LPDDR5X RAM. The phone reportedly scores over 1.47 million on AnTuTu, according to the company. One of the most noticeable features is the 7,100 mAh battery. OnePlus says it can last up to 2.5 days on a full charge. Moreover, to quickly charge it up, it will also support 80W SUPERVOOC fast charging.

To improve battery life over time, the phone includes “Battery Health Magic” — a system designed to manage charging patterns and reduce long-term wear. It also features “Bypass Charging” for gamers, which routes power directly to the system rather than the battery during gameplay, reducing heat.

The Nord CE 5 comes with a 50MP Sony sensor and optical image stabilisation. It also gets 4K video at 60 fps with HDR. It borrows camera tech from the OnePlus 13 series, like RAW HDR and Real Tone, for improved dynamic range and skin tone accuracy.

OnePlus Buds 4: What To Expect

The OnePlus Buds 4 is said to be focused on battery life, smart features, and ease of use. You get 11 hours of playback on the buds alone and 45 hours with the case, OnePlus claimed. Touch controls let you adjust volume with a swipe, and “Steady Connect” tech aims to keep the Bluetooth signal stable outdoors. Other features include real-time AI Translation, Google Fast Pair, and Dual-Device support.

While the price and the rest of the features are still unknown, we will have to wait for the official launch on July 8th.
