The OnePlus 15 is confirmed to have a new design. The OnePlus 15 has a redesigned square camera island with vertically aligned lenses, a noticeable change from the circular layout on the OnePlus 13. The new model is also expected to feature an aluminium frame and offer IP68 and IP69 water resistance ratings. The OnePlus 15 is tipped to feature a 6.78-inch LTPO AMOLED display with 1.5K resolution and an upgraded 165Hz refresh rate, compared to the OnePlus 13’s 120Hz panel and up to 1,800 nits.
Under the hood, the OnePlus 15 is powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset. It comes paired with up to 16GB LPDDR5x RAM and 512GB storage. On the other hand, the OnePlus 13 packs a Snapdragon 8 Elite chip.
The OnePlus 15 packs a massive 7,300mAh Silicon NanoStack battery, a big jump from the 6,000mAh unit on the OnePlus 13. It supports 120W wired charging, 50W wireless charging, and 10W reverse wireless charging.
While both phones feature a 50MP triple-camera setup, the OnePlus 15 now includes a 50MP periscope telephoto lens with 3.5x optical zoom for sharper shots, the reports suggested.
The upcoming flagship is expected to be priced around Rs 72,999 for the 12GB + 256GB variant and Rs 76,999 for the 16GB + 512GB model, some leaks suggested. That’s roughly a Rs 3,000 bump compared to the OnePlus 13. The OnePlus 15 will compete directly with the iPhone 17, Samsung Galaxy S25, and iQOO 15.
