Moto X70 Air Unveiled Ahead Of Launch On October 31: Check Specs, Features, Colours

Motorola is preparing to introduce its slimmest smartphone to date – the Moto X70 Air. The company has confirmed that the device will debut in China on October 31, while its global version, likely to be called the Motorola Edge 70, is expected to launch on November 5. Ahead of its unveiling, the Moto X70 Air has gone live on Lenovo’s official website, revealing nearly all of its key specifications and features. Moto X70 Air Specifications, Features

The Moto X70 Air sports a 6.7-inch pOLED display with a 1.5K (1,220 x 2,712 pixels) resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. It’s one of the brightest panels in its class, with a peak brightness of 4,500 nits. The display is Pantone-validated, SGS eye-care certified, and includes an in-display fingerprint scanner. Internally, the Moto X70 Air runs on Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 processor, paired with up to 12GB LPDDR5X RAM and 512GB of UFS 3.1 storage. Motorola has added a 3D vapour chamber cooling system to manage thermals during gaming or heavy multitasking.

Despite being an ultra-thin device, it packs a 4,800mAh battery with support for 68W TurboPower wired charging and 15W wireless charging. This combination is claimed to deliver a full day of power.

In terms of optics, the Moto X70 Air includes a 50MP Samsung main sensor with OIS, a 50MP ultra-wide lens, and a 50MP selfie camera. The phone also features 5G connectivity, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, NFC, GPS, and a USB Type-C port. With IP68 and IP69 ratings, it’s well-protected against dust and water.

The Moto X70 Air features a 5.9mm thin profile and weighs around 159 grams. It will be available in three Pantone-validated colours – Gadget Grey, Lily Pad, and Bronze Green – combining Motorola’s signature design with a refined, ultra-thin aesthetic.
