iQOO is reportedly preparing for another major launch in the coming months, with the soon-to-be-released Neo 11 series already creating a buzz on the internet. The iQOO Neo 11 and Neo 11 Pro may be launched in China towards the end of 2025, with significant improvements in performance, screen, and battery. These devices are expected to follow the brand’s already packed launch schedule for the year. Also Read: iQOO Neo 11 First Look Out; Pre-Orders Now Live Ahead Of Expected Launch Alongside iQOO 15
As per reliable leakster Digital Chat Station, the iQOO Neo 11 will reportedly feature the Snapdragon 8 Elite processor, while the Neo 11 Pro will come powered by MediaTek’s new Dimensity 9500 chipset. These flagship-grade chips indicate that iQOO is looking to provide the best performance in its Neo series this time. Both devices are likely to offer a large 6.8x-inch flat OLED display, which will be provided by a local vendor. The screen is likely to support 2K resolution for crisper images and ultrasonic in-screen fingerprint scanner for quick unlocking. The leak further suggests a metal mid-frame for improved durability as well as a premium in-hand feel. In terms of charging, the Neo 11 series may handle 100W fast charging, which would cut down substantially on the charging time for these handsets.
Previous leaks point towards the Neo 11 and Neo 11 Pro potentially featuring massive batteries over 7,000mAh in size – a big jump over today’s standards. This could make the Neo 11 series one of the longest-lasting phones in its class. Both models are expected to run Android 16 out of the box, layered with iQOO’s custom OriginOS 6 skin.
The iQOO Neo 11 series is likely to debut in China sometime in November or December 2025, following the iQOO Z10 and Z10 Turbo Pro+ launches earlier in the year.
