Asus Zenfone 12 Ultra teaser unveiled; Here are the details

Asus Zenfone Ultra is all set to make a debut in the global market on February 6, 2025. Now, just ahead of the official launch, Asus has dropped a teaser video of the device that shows what can get to see in terms of design. For starters, we can see that the smartphone is going to have thin bezels along with a punch hole cutout at the front for the placement of a sensor for selfies and video calls.

Apart from that, the handset will also get a 3.5mm audio jack placed at the bottom. The front panel of the phone looks pretty identical to the ROG Phone 9. The teaser also shows that the device will get an AI-based real-time call translation feature along with other AI-driven features. As for the launch, it is scheduled to be held in Taipei at 2:30 PM, around 12:00 PM IST.

Asus Zenfone 12 Ultra expected specifications

Asus Zenfone 12 Ultra will most probably come with a 6.78-inch AMOLED LTPO display coupled with a 165Hz refresh rate. The smartphone will be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite processor paired with high capacity RAM and a decent amount of storage. In addition, the device will also sport a triple rear camera setup consisting of a 50MP primary shooter, a 13MP ultra wide angle shooter, and a 5P macro shooter.

For the sake of selfies and video calls, the phone may house a 32MP front snapper. Asus Zenfone 12 Ultra will house a 5800mAh battery along with 65W wired fast charging support. Leaks also suggested that the device will get 15W wireless charging support as well. All other details related to the smartphone including its India launch timeline are still under wraps. Speculations are that we will get to know more about the same in the coming days.
