The Central Board of Secondary Education, better known as CBSE, will soon announce the results of the 10th and 12th examinations held earlier this year. A student’s mark sheet is the proof of graduating from the class, but its hard copy is not immediately available from schools. The DigiLocker app is the best way to check marks scored in a student’s board exams. Maintained by the government, this app offers all the documents issued by government services, organisations, and institutions, including CBSE. Students can easily access their 10th or 12th mark records on their smartphone, which is valid everywhere. Students need to download the DigiLocker app on their smartphone and then proceed with the on-screen instructions to check their marks. CBSE 10th and 12th 2024 results on DigiLocker

— Open the DigiLocker app and tap on ‘Get Started’.

— If you already have an account with DigiLocker, tap ‘Sign in’, otherwise go to the ‘Create Account’ option.

— For sign-ins, you are required to enter your mobile number (registered with your Aadhaar), username, or Aadhaar number, followed by a password or the one-time password (OTP). If you are using DigiLocker for the first time, you should create an account by providing details such as full name, date of birth, mobile number, and email address. You will also need to set a security pin, which you will be required to enter every time you want to access the app’s services.

— After you have set up your account, you will see the ‘Class X Marksheet’ and Class XII Marksheet’ options on the screen. You can alternatively search for the preferred option from the Search bar.

— A list of all the boards in India appears on the screen. Search for the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) from the list and enter details such as your enrolment number and year of examination. Your name and date of birth will be automatically filled out.

— If the results are out, the app will show you your mark records, which you can save to your phone.
