PUBG Mobile is the ultimate battle royale game you can play on your Android and iOS devices. The game offers a thrilling battle royale experience where players can land on different maps with varied features, loot weapons and inventory items, and survive till the very end to win the match.
Since the game has been out for several years now, there are many pros out there who take on beginner players, making newbies die early in the game and get stuck in the lower rank. However, new players can follow some tricks to improve their gameplay, rank up, and eventually be masters in the title. They can start with the basics. Here are some of the dos and don’ts you can follow as a beginner in PUBG Mobile.
Choose the right landing spot
It’s essential to land on the right landing spot in PUBG Mobile. Players should study the map and look for the best areas for landing. While there are many popular landing spots such as the military base and school, it’s imperative to check things yourself. That’s because many players may land on these same spots, which means you may die early if other players reach early, get weapons, and kill you. So, you should play around and look for good spots where there are limited players and you also get a good loot.
Loot efficiently
Now that you know the good landing spots with a decent amount of loot, you need to loot efficiently. This means, do not equip anything and everything. Get the right weapons like an assault rifle and an SMG. Or, you can also pick a shotgun on smaller maps for close-range combats. Prioritize med kits, vests, and helmets. See if you can get a level 3 helmet as it will ensure that you do not die easily with direct headshots.
Give callouts
While you are playing, make sure to give callouts to your teammates. Tell them if you hear any footsteps or gunshot sounds. Your teammates should do the same. This way your squad will easily be able to take down enemies together. Also, make sure to stick with the team.
Don’t waste ammo
Beginner players focus on one enemy and fire several bullets. However, you are doing nothing but wasting ammo. Always save your ammo and never waste it as even a single bullet may help you knock down the enemy, depending on the type of weapon.
Don’t go solo
PUBG Mobile is a battle royale game and you should stick with your team at all times to survive till the very end. Don’t go solo as it may get you killed early. If you go solo, no one will be able to revive you in lethal situations. Also, other players may come as a squad and kill you in an instant.
Don’t use vehicles for short distances
New players tend to drive vehicles a lot in PUBG Mobile, however, the vehicle sound may attract enemies near you. If you are driving a vehicle for a long time at the same location, other players may simply snipe you. Do not use vehicles for shot distance for the aforementioned reason. You are free to use vehicles for long distances or while you make your way to the safe zone.
