It appears that Microsoft is trying to balance things by adding COD games to the subscription services after the price hike. For the unversed, Microsoft announced the price hike of Game Pass subscription plans earlier this month. With the new price hike, the Game Pass Ultimate will cost Rs 829 per month, up from Rs 549 per month.
PC Game Pass subscribers will have to pay Rs 449 per month, a Rs 100 increase from the current Rs 349 price increase. The price of the Game Pass Core plan will be Rs 3,349 per year, up from Rs 1,999 pricing. The new prices will come into effect from September 12, that’s almost a month before Black Ops 6 reaches Game Pass. That said, these appear to be nothing but attempts to lure users to buy the subscription service.
In other news about Xbox gaming, the company recently announced its collaboration with Amazon. As part of that, users can play Xbox games on their Fire TV Stick via Cloud Gaming. However, for this, you need to have an active Game Pass subscription.
