Acer Nitro Blaze 7 debuts in India with AMD Ryzen chipset, console like UI, and more

Acer is setting its step in the handheld Gaming PC segment with the launch of Acer Nitro Blaze 7 in the Indian market. This one is going to give tough competition to other alternatives like Asus ROG Ally, As for the details, the Nitro Blaze 7 comes with an AMD Ryzen processor and has storage to hold multiple games at the same time. The pricing and availability details of the device are still under wraps. However, Acer has revealed all the specifications and features for the same.

Acer Nitro Blaze 7 specifications and features

The Acer Nitro Blaze 7 features a 7-inch FHD IPS display coupled with a 144Hz refresh rate and AMD FreeSync Premium access. The device is backed by an AMD Ryzen 7 8840Hs processor with 8 cores and 16 threads. The processor has a max clock speed of 5.1GHz, Radeon 780M graphics, and 39 AI TOPS with Ryzen AI.

It also includes Acer’s Game Space app that integrates gaming platforms and delivers a console-inspired user interface on Windows 11. The device also gets mode-switch buttons along with a virtual keyboard for enhanced comfort. All the early birds will get three months of PC Game Pass subscription with the handheld for free. It is powered by a 50.04Wh battery which comes as a turn-off as most of its competitors offer high-capacity cells.

Apart from that, we also get to see 16GB LPDDR5X-7500 RAM bundled with up to 2TV NVMe SSD storage. And that’s not, you can also expand the storage of the handheld as it houses an SD card reader as well. Connectivity features offered in the device are Wi-Fi 6E, Bluetooth 5.3, and dual USB Type-C ports with 40Gbps speeds. We can expect Acer to announce the pricing and availability of the device pretty soon. Most probably it will not be priced at a much higher rate as compared to other handheld Gaming PCs I order to sustain and thrive in the market.
