Instagram Halloween features are here to make your celebrations spooky

Instagram is at it again as this time, the app has bought Halloween-themed elements to the interface to celebrate the same with the users. All the Halloween features on Instagram went live starting from October 25, 2024. Instagram Halloween Features that you need to check out

First things first, Instagram users can simple create Halloween posters and their own Halloween avatars using Meta AI imagine along with creating their own virtual avatars. And the best part is that the users can share these AI-generated images directly on their stories and posts on the platform. Apart from that, Instagram has also introduced a secret phrases feature that can be used in DMs to pull off effects and spooky animations. For example, using a phrase like Happy Halloween or ‘Trick-or-Treat’ will appear on the platform in orange color. And the ones who receive the message will see a Halloween-themed animation in their inbox.

That’s not it, Instagram has also released five custom Halloween Add Yours Templates with which the users can collaborate with their friends to create something new. In addition, the users can also get the limited edition Halloween templates from the ‘Happy Halloween’ section of the Add Yours Templates Discover Surface in Stories.

Last but not least, the Meta-owned photo sharing application has also launched a new font called ‘Halloween’ and a text effect as well that goes by the name Haunted. Both the font and text effect can be used by the users in Stories, Reels, and Feeds, to express their excitement for the Halloween season.
