Google Play Store can now install and update multiple apps simultaneously

Google has finally released a major update for the Play Store that allows for simultaneous downloads. This will allow users to install multiple apps and games at one time, making the process speedier. So far, if you users tried to press the install button on multiple apps and games, Google Play Store would still install one app at a time. Google Play Store gets iOS App Store’s major feature

Google Play Store can install multiple apps now, but how many at once? It can install at least three apps at a time, which is great and in line with Apple’s App Store. For the unversed, the App Store can let you install up to three apps simultaneously and this ability was present for several years. Unfortunately, Google hasn’t announced the launch timeline of the feature, but it appears to be a phased rollout. That said, you should get this ability on your App Store soon. By the way, earlier this year in April, we shared that the ability to install multiple apps is available for Android. However, that feature was only visible to some users then. It appears that it’s now available to more users. The only way to see if you have this feature is to try installing multiple apps and see if they all are downloading simultaneously. If you see the “Pending” for any of the apps then you do not have this feature yet. So wait for it until it shows up.
