Huawei Band 9 has been unveiled in the Indian market. It retains the funky look that we got to see in its predecessor. The band offers an AMOLED display and a rectangular dial. It comes with multiple health and fitness features as well. As for the pricing, the Huawei Band 9 will be available in the Indian market for Rs 5,999. Nonetheless, as of now, the same is priced at Rs 3,999 under a special offer. The device is being shipped in four color variants – pink, white, yellow, and black. The first sale of the band will begin on January 17.
The Huawei Band 9 comes with a 1.47-inch AMOLED display with 282 ppi pixel density. The wearable works smoothly with both Android and iOS phones. It brings a physical button on the right edge. The strap of the band is made of fluoroelastomer and it is water resistant up to 50 metres. You also get to see sensors like a gyroscope, and accelerometer, along with an optical heart rate sensor.
The heart rate sensor of the device can help you keep a tab on the SpO2, heart rate, and abnormal breathing. It also consists of the company’s TrueSleep technology for monitoring the sleep cycle of the users. Apart from that, the Pulse Wave Arrhythmia Analysis offers information related to the irregularities of the heart rhythm. As claimed by the company, the feature is based on smart fusion algorithm and multi-channel module as well.
In addition, the users also get to see more than 100 workout modes which also packs a swimming mode that tracks metric like stroke, performance, and laps. Talking about the battery, Huawei has stated that the device’s cell will get fully fueled up in 45 minutes. It will go on for fourteen days without Always On Display and with AOD, it will go on for three days.
