When you hear of Netflix, the only thing that comes to mind is online movie and series streaming. It has a wide catalogue of titles, including award-winning shows and movies across genres. However, the streaming giant also entered into gaming industry and offers many light games for mobile phones.
Much like Netflix's movies and web series, games are available only to subscribers. That means you cannot access Netflix games unless you have a plan. It could be any tier, be it the Rs 149 mobile plan or the Rs 649 Premium plan.
You may not easily find Netflix games on the Google Play Store. However, finding a game becomes easier through the Netflix app. You will see all the games in the Netflix app on your smartphone or tablet, both Android and iOS.
Tap a game from the library you see in the Netflix app. On the next page, you will see the Get Now option. Tapping it will open the game's listing in the Google Play Store where you can download the game using cellular or Wi-Fi network.
After you have downloaded the game on your Android phone, iPhone, or Android tablet, you can find it on your phone's app library. Alternatively, the game will also be available on the Netflix app. Just tap the game to open it.
Much like how you watch movies and shows on Netflix, games can be synchronised to a profile. When you open a Netflix game, it should sign you in automatically from the main Netflix app. Now, choose a profile to tie it to the game.
Most Netflix games are meant for mobile phone and tablet screens. So, keep in mind you will be able to play Netflix games on smartphones and tablets. But there are a few games that you can play on the large screen by using your phone as a controller.
If you grow tired of a game, you can simply uninstall it. You can uninstall the game like other apps or just go to the Play Store.
