Share Vivo unveiled its latest foldable device in India, dubbed Vivo X Fold5, and a compact flagship called Vivo X200 FE with powerful features and enhancements. Both devices will go on sale via e-commerce giant Flipkart. The X Fold5 is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor, and the Vivo X 200 FE is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9300+ chipset.
Here’s What We Know About the Vivo X Fold5 and Vivo X200 FE:
Vivo X Fold5 is priced at Rs 149,999 for its single variant of 16GB+512GB. The pre-booking of the smartphone will start today, however, the first sale will start from 30 July 2025.
The Vivo X 200 FE is available at Rs 54,999 for 12GB+256GB and Rs 59,999 for 16GB+512GB.
Vivo X Fold5 Processor, OS:
Under the hood, the Vivo X Fold5 is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor, paired with the Adreno 750 GPU. It is equipped with up to 16GB of LPDDR5X Ultra and up to 1TB of UFS 4.0 storage. It runs on Android 15. The smartphone is available in a single variant of 16GB+512GB.
Vivo X Fold5 Camera:
Talking about the camera features, the Vivo X Fold5 is equipped with the 50MP AF IMX921 OIS VCS + 50MP Ultra Wide-Angle AF JN1 + 50MP AF IMX882 OIS Telephoto 3x Optical Zoom, 100x HyperZoom. For clicking selfies and video calling, it has 20MP FF (Cover Screen) and 20MP FF (Main Screen).
The camera is equipped with the Snapshot, Landscape & Night, Portrait, Photo, Super macro, Video, Portrait Video, High Resolution, Pano, Ultra HD Document, Slo-mo, Long Exposure, Time-Lapse, Supermoon, Pro, Food, Live Photo.
Vivo X Fold5 Design:
It is equipped with a rotating-sliding hinge and a kinematic design that allows it to reduce visible creases and improve reliability. It has 600,000 reliable folds.
Vivo X Fold5 Display:
As far as display features are concerned, the Vivo X Fold5 comes with a large 20.38cm (8.03”) AMOLED inner display with a 120Hz refresh rate and peak brightness of up to 4,500 nits. On the outside, the screen features a 16.58cm (6.53”) Full HD+ LTPO AMOLED panel with the same 120Hz refresh rate.
The back cover material of the smartphone is made of Glass Fiber. It is equipped with a Side-mounted capacitive fingerprint sensor.
Vivo X Fold5 Battery:
To power the phone, the company has given a 6000mAh battery capacity with 80W FlashCharge and 40W Wireless FlashCharge. On the software front, the Vivo X Fold5 packs several AI features, including AI Image Expander, AI Magic Move, AI Erase, and AI Reflection Erase.
Vivo X Fold5 IP Ratings:
It comes with IPX8 and IPX9 water resistance and IP5X dust resistance. It can also survive the -20 degree temperature, making it freeze-resistant. It weighs 217g.
Vivo X200 FE Processor:
Under the hood, the Vivo X200 FE is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9300+ processor. It includes 12GB LPDDR5X RAM and offers up to 512GB UFS 3.1 storage. It runs on Funtouch OS 15 based on Android 15. It is available in two storage variants, including 12GB+256GB and 16GB+512GB.
Vivo X200 FE Display:
For display, the smartphone packs a 16.04cm (6.31″) AMOLED screen size along with 2640×1216 pixels resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. The display also has a Local Peak Brightness of 5000 nits and 460 ppi.
It measures 0.799cm and weighs 186g.
Vivo X200 FE Camera:
Talking about the camera features, the newly launched Vivo X200 FE is equipped with the 50MP Sony IMX921 1/1.56″ (OIS) VCS + 8MP 1/4″ wide-angle FF 120 degree + 50MP Sony IMX882 1/1.95″ Periscope (OIS) 3x Optical Zoom. For selfies and video calling, the company has equipped this smartphone with a 50MP AF, f/2 front camera.
The camera of Vivo X200 FE offers Snapshot, Portrait, Photo, Video, High Resolution, Pano, Ultra HD Document, Slo-mo, Time-Lapse, Supermoon, Astro, Pro, Live Photo, Portrait Video, Night, ZEISS Multifocal Portrait, Micro Movie.
Vivo X200 FE Battery:
To power the phone, the company has given a 6000mAh battery capacity with a 90W flash charge.
Vivo X200 FE Color:
Vivo X200 FE is available in three color options, including Amber Yellow, Frost Blue, and Luxe Grey. It is IP68 and IP69 dust and water resistance.
