Apple is launching a new retail store in India. The Cupertino-based tech giant has announced that it will open its fourth store in Koregaon Park, Kopa, in Pune on September 4. The announcement comes just days before the expected launch of the iPhone 17 series next month. The upcoming Apple Koregoan Park had its barricade revealed today, carrying the same theme as the Apple Hebbal, Bengaluru. The Bengaluru store is located at Phoenix Mall of Asia, Bellary Road, and will open for customers on September 2. Both Apple stores have an artwork inspired by the Peacock – India’s national bird. To recall, Apple opened its first retail store – the Apple BKC, Mumbai – in India in April 2023. It was followed by the unveiling of the second store – the Apple Saket – in New Delhi in the same year.

With the upcoming Apple Hebbal (Bengaluru) and Apple Koregaon Park (Pune) stores, customers will be able to explore and experience multiple Apple products, including the iPhone, Mac, iPad, Apple Watch, and more.

In a press announcement for the Pune store, Apple said, “With the addition of new retail services like Shop with a Specialist over Video and the Apple Store app launched earlier this year, Apple continues to deepen its commitment to customers in India, empowering customers with more personalised and secure ways to connect with Apple than ever before.”

Some reports also claim that Apple may soon announce its retail stores in two more locations – Hyderabad and Chennai.

The announcement for Apple’s third and fourth retail stores in India come very close to the upcoming iPhone 17 series launch, expected to launch in the second week of September.
