Vivo is preparing to launch its next compact flagship, the X300, which arrives as the successor to last year’s X200 Pro Mini. The company has released an official poster revealing the phone’s complete set of specifications, giving fans an early look at the upgrades it brings over its predecessor. The Vivo X300 is powered by the Dimensity 9500 chipset and integrates Vivo’s in-house BlueImage V3+ image chip, which is designed to enhance processing, colour accuracy, and low-light imaging. The standout feature on the Vivo X300 is its ZEISS 200MP ultra main camera, paired with an APO telephoto lens that should capture sharper zoom shots with less distortion. On the front, Vivo has added a 50MP autofocus selfie camera. Also Read: Vivo X300 FE To Launch With Vivo X300, X300 Pro Globally? Here Is All We Know
Vivo has also focused on video capabilities this time. The X300 supports 4K 120fps 10-bit Log video recording, a big jump from the X200 Pro Mini’s 4K 60fps HDR support, giving creators more flexibility while editing and shooting cinematic clips. The phone retains a 6.3-inch compact display, now surrounded by uniform 1.05mm bezels, and features a 7.95mm slim frame with a suspended curved glass finish. Vivo has also added an upgraded ultrasonic fingerprint sensor 2.0, allowing quicker and more accurate unlocking.
Powering the device is a 4th-generation semi-solid silicon negative battery, designed to offer better power efficiency and improved battery health over time – especially during long gaming sessions or heavy multitasking. It runs on OriginOS 6, Vivo’s latest interface based on Android 16.
The Vivo X200 Pro Mini, launched with the Dimensity 9400 chip, had a 32MP front camera and a slightly thicker 8.15mm frame. With better imaging, improved battery technology, and a more refined design, the Vivo X300 looks like a thoughtful evolution in Vivo’s compact flagship series for 2025.
