Samsung Galaxy Edge could be dubbed one of the most awaited smartphones of this year. The device will mark Samsung’s debut in the slim smartphone range and it could be the pioneer of the slim phone segment for sure. In a recent development, the device has appeared on the BIS certification website pointing towards the launch of the device in the Indian market. The device carries model number SM-S937B/DS. The Samsung Galaxy S25 Edge may come with a 6.7-inch AMOLED display coupled with a 120Hz refresh rate and 2600 nits of peak brightness. The device will be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite processor paired with 12GB RAM. It is also being said that the phone will get two storage options – 256GB and 512GB internal storage. The Samsung Galaxy S25 Edge will sport a dual rear camera setup consisting of a 200MP primary shooter along with a 12MP ultra wide-angle shooter. The UL Demko certification of the Galaxy S25 Edge revealed that the phone will pack a 3786mAh battery along with 25W fast charging support. It will ship in three different color options – Silver, Black, and Light Blue. At the time of launch, we can see distinct marketing names for the color options.
No other detail related to the smartphone is available online as of now. It is being said that the smartphone will be priced somewhere around Rs 1,00,000. It will be interesting to see how Samsung decides the price point of its flagship offering.
