Realme has officially announced the launch date of its much-anticipated 13 5G series in India. The company has confirmed that the new series will be launched on August 29th at 12 PM IST.
The 13 5G series is expected to feature two devices – the Realme 13 5G and the Realme 13+ 5G. Both phones are rumored to come with impressive specifications, including fast charging capabilities, high-refresh-rate displays, and powerful processors.
The smartphone was spotted on the benchmarking website, Geekbench. Realme 13 was spotted with the model number RMX3951 including the Mali-G57 MC2 GPU and a maximum clock speed of 2.40GHz.

Realme 13 5G camera
The series was spotted on several other platforms including China’s TENNA certification site revealing a 6.72-inch LTPS FHD+ display and a 16MP selfie camera. Additionally, the 13 5G series was also listed with four variants: 6GB + 128GB, 8GB + 256GB, 12GB + 512GB, and 16GB + 1TB. The TENAA listing also reveals microSD card support for the upcoming smartphone. Meanwhile, the Realme 12+ might launch with 50MP+8MP+2MP rear cameras.
Realme 13 5G display
The upcoming series is expected to feature a 6.6-inch FHD+ display with a 90Hz refresh rate, a MediaTek Dimensity 700 processor, and a 12.5MP primary camera which could support higher megapixel count.
Both devices are expected to run on Android v14 out of the box and come with Realme UI 5.0 custom skin out of the box. The series could house a 5000mAh battery on board with fast charging capabilities. Realme has also announced that the 13 5G series will be available for purchase on Flipkart and Realme’s official website. The company has not revealed the pricing details yet, but it is expected to be competitive with other 5G smartphones in the market.
