Oppo has launched a special Reno 14 5G Diwali Edition in India, adding a festive touch to its popular mid-range lineup. The hardware remains the same as the standard Reno 14, but what makes this edition different is its design. The phone comes in a black-and-gold finish with detailing inspired by Indian traditions – including mandala patterns, peacock elements, and diya-shaped accents. Oppo Reno 14 5G Diwali Edition Design

The highlight of the Diwali Edition is its rear panel, which changes from black to gold depending on the user’s body temperature. Oppo says the transformation works in three stages – black below 28℃, a mix of shades between 29–34℃, and gold above 35℃. The company claims the design can withstand 10,000 cycles of colour shifts – thanks to a nine-layer lamination and six processing techniques.

In terms of specifications, the Reno 14 5G Diwali Edition is identical to the standard model. It sports a 6.59-inch 1.5K OLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and Gorilla Glass 7i protection. The Reno 14 5G Diwali Edition is also powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 8350 chip, paired with 8GB RAM and 256GB storage. It runs on ColorOS 15, based on Android 15.

For photography, the phone Reno 14 5G Diwali Edition features a triple rear camera setup – including a 50MP main sensor, a 50MP 3.5x periscope telephoto lens, and an 8MP ultrawide sensor. On the front, the phone has a 50MP camera for selfies.
