Oppo is reportedly planning to launch its next flagship – the Find X9 Ultra – with a major battery upgrade over its predecessor Find X8 Ultra. According to a leak, the upcoming device will pack a higher-capacity dual-cell battery in a slim design. The Find X9 Ultra is expected to debut alongside the standard Find X9 and Find X9 Pro with a powerful Snapdragon 8 Elite 2 chip.

Oppo Find X9 Ultra Specifications, Features (Expected)
A well-known tipster Digital Chat Station claims the Oppo Find X9 Ultra will feature a dual-cell 7,000mAh battery, made up of two 3,425mAh units. Despite the increase in capacity compared to the Find X8 Ultra’s 6,100mAh battery, the company is reportedly stacking these cells in a way that maintains the phone’s slim profile. The charging speeds are expected to remain the same – 100W wired charging, 50W wireless charging, and 10W reverse wireless charging. The Find X9 Ultra is tipped to sport a quad rear camera setup, including two 200MP sensors and two 50MP periscope lenses with adjustable focal lengths. The primary 200MP sensor could feature a 1/1.3-inch size and offer 3x optical zoom. To recall, the Find X8 Ultra’s Hasselblad-tuned setup housed four 50MP lenses for primary, ultra-wide, telephoto, and periscope functions. The Find X9 Ultra is expected to be powered by Qualcomm’s upcoming Snapdragon 8 Elite 2 chipset, codenamed SM8850. This would put the Find X9 Ultra in direct competition with other late-2025 flagship smartphones. Reports also suggest that the phone will retain the flat display design.
Previous Model Not Launched in India
The Find X8 Ultra never made it to the Indian market. It remains to be seen if Oppo will bring the Find X9 Ultra to India this year, given the growing competition in the premium smartphone segment.
