Oppo is expected to unveil its next flagship, the Find X9 Pro, in China later this year. The premium phone will reportedly sport a single 200MP periscope telephoto camera, replacing the dual 50MP periscope lenses found on the Find X8 Pro. Oppo Find X9 Pro is expected to make its China debut in October this year. To recall, the Find X8 Pro was unveiled in its home country on October 24, 2024. According to leakster Digital Chat Station, the Find X9 Pro will sport a 6.78-inch OLED display with a 1.5K resolution. The screen will feature a 2.5D curved glass. The display could flaunt slimmer bezels. The X9 Pro will also support an ultrasonic in-screen fingerprint sensor for secure authentication. The Find X9 Pro is expected to pack a MediaTek Dimensity 9500 chipset. It could be backed by a 7,000-7,500mAh battery unit that supports 50W wireless charging.
Like other Find X series devices, the Find X9 Pro will also focus on its flagship camera capabilities. It could feature a new top-left aligned camera module, housing a triple rear camera setup. It is expected to pack a 200MP periscope telephoto lens, which could be a Samsung HP5 sensor. It is said to be accompanied by a 50MP primary lens and a 50MP ultra-wide shooter.
Oppo Find X9 Pro is expected to come with IP68+IP69 rating for dust and water resistance. Oppo is said to be working on a white colour variant for the Find X9 Pro, which might sport a back panel made of either fiberglass or glass for the premium touch and feel.
