Oppo’s upcoming Find X9 series is slowly taking shape, and a fresh leak has now revealed key specifications of the standard Find X9 model. While earlier reports created confusion around model names and launch timelines, it now appears the Oppo Find X9 and Find X9 Pro will be officially unveiled in October, following China’s National Day holidays. Reliable tipster Digital Chat Station has leaked that the Oppo Find X9 will be fueled by the MediaTek Dimensity 9500 SoC and will sport a flat 6.59-inch OLED screen with 1.5K resolution. The screen reportedly boasts ultra-thin bezels all around and is going to have an ultrasonic in-display fingerprint reader – something typically reserved for flagships. Perhaps the most noticeable characteristic of the Find X9 is its massive battery. The phone, as per the leak, will have a battery of over 7000mAh, which may position it as one of the longest-running devices within its class. While there’s no confirmation about wired charging, the phone is expected to support 50W wireless charging – a rare offering in non-flagship phones. Oppo Find X9 is also said to feature a 50MP telephoto periscope camera on the back, which suggests advanced zooming ability. It will have a metal mid-frame, contributing to the premium nature of the phone. Although the leak didn’t specify the operating system, it is widely expected to run on ColorOS 16, based on Android 16.
According to the source, the Oppo Find X9 series will likely launch in October 2025, shortly after the National Day holidays in China. Both the Find X9 and Find X9 Pro are expected to debut together.
