Infinix launches Note 40X 5G with iPhone 15 Pro-like design

Infinix has introduced Note 40X 5G, a new smartphone you will mistake for an iPhone 15 Pro at first sight. However, it is an ultra-affordable Android smartphone with features that will appeal to most customers. The new Infinix Note 40X 5G has a 108MP triple-camera system, DTS Sound-powered speakers, and multi-functional NFC for contactless payments through apps like Google Pay. Infinix Note 40X 5G price in India

The Infinix Note 40X 5G is available in two configurations. You can buy the variant with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage for Rs 13,499, while the 12GB+256GB model will cost you Rs 14,999. These prices include bank offers, and the company has not revealed the actual prices of the variants yet. You can opt for a no-cost EMI payment option at Rs 2,250 for the base variant and Rs 2,500 for the higher variant. The sale starts on August 9 on Flipkart and offline stores.

Infinix Note 40X 5G specifications

Featuring support for dual 5G networks, the Note 40X 5G boasts a 6.78-inch full-HD+ 120Hz display with an interactive Dynamic Port. It essentially is a functionality similar to the iPhone’s Dynamic Island and shows interactive previews or widgets for things like battery charging or music player. The phone is powered by an octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 6300 chipset, paired with up to 12GB of RAM. With a 108MP triple camera setup on the back, the Infinix Note 40X 5G offers features such as intelligent scene optimisation, portrait mode for depth effects, and a Film mode for cinematic video capturing. You also get an 8MP selfie camera with a dedicated LED flash.

The Infinix Note 40X 5G has a 5000mAh battery that charges at up to 18W speed with the bundled charger. The smartphone uses an AI Charge feature that optimises charging while maintaining battery health. Another XOS 14 feature is AI App Boost, which keeps your favourite apps ready in the background to speed up their launch times. You can also use an AI Wallpaper Generator to generate custom wallpapers based on text prompts.
