Honor Magic 6 Pro launched with 180MP telephoto camera, Snapdragon 8 Gen 3: Check price

Honor has launched a new flagship-grade smartphone in India. The Honor Magic 6 Pro comes in the premium segment and offers an impressive specs sheet. Some of the highlights of the phone include a 6.80-inch curved AMOLED display, a triple rear camera system with a 180MP telephoto lens, and a flagship Snapdragon chipset. The Magic 6 Pro competes with other premium devices from OnePlus, Samsung, iQOO, Xiaomi, and others.

Honor Magic 6 Pro India price, offers, and availability

The Honor Magic 6 Pro is priced at Rs 89,999 for the 12GB RAM + 512GB storage variant. There are no launch offers as such, however, buyers can purchase the phone with a no-cost EMI option. The no-cost EMI plan starts at Rs 7,500 per month for 12 months.

It comes in two colour options, namely, Epi Green and Black. The former has a textured design. The smartphone’s first sale is scheduled for August 15 at 12 AM on Amazon. It will also be available for purchase at mainline stores in the country.

The Honor Magic 6 Pro rivals the OnePlus 12, Samsung Galaxy S24 series, Xiaomi 14, and others that come in the same price bracket.

Honor Magic 6 Pro specifications and features

Honor Magic 6 Pro comes with a glass back for the Black shade and the eco-leather finish for the Epi Green colour. The smartphone has a 6.8-inch LTPO OLED display with a 1280 x 2800 pixels resolution. It has a 1-120Hz adaptive refresh rate support, up to 5000 nits of peak brightness, and Dolby Vision support. It also has 4320Hz PWM Flicker Free Dimming, keeping your eyes safe.

One of the highlights of the Magic 6 Pro is its camera system. It has a triple-rear camera system with a 50MP main lens that supports Optical Image Stabilization (OIS). It is assisted by a 180MP telephoto lens with 2.5x optical zoom support, and a 50MP ultrawide lens. Upfront, there’s a 50MP camera for clicking selfies. The rear and the front cameras on the device support 4K recording video recording.

The smartphone is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset, which is also seen in the OnePlus 12, Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra, and Xiaomi 14. It comes with 12GB of RAM and 512GB of internal storage. The device packs a 5,600mAh silicon carbon battery with support for 80W wired fast charging and 66W wireless fast charging. There’s also reverse wired and wireless charging support. The smartphone runs on Android 14 OS out of the box.
