Samsung Galaxy Book 5 Pro With 16-inch AMOLED Display, Intel Core Ultra 7 Launched In India: Price, Specs, Features

Samsung has expanded its Galaxy Book 5 series with the launch of a 16-inch Galaxy Book 5 Pro in India. The Book 5 series, which only included the 14-inch variant, debuted in the country in March this year. Samsung Galaxy Book 5 Pro Specifications, Features 

The Galaxy Book 5 Pro features a 16-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X touchscreen with WQXGA+ (2880 x 1800 pixels) resolution. It offers a 48Hz-120Hz variable refresh rate and 500 nits peak brightness.  Internally, the Galaxy Book 5 Pro is powered by the Intel Core Ultra 7 CPU (256V or 258V) paired with an Intel Arc 140V GPU and Intel AI NPU that delivers up to 47 TOPS. It also supports Galaxy AI features. The Galaxy Book 5 Pro’s keyboard features a dedicated Copilot key for quick access to AI tools. The laptop also sports a 2MP webcam, dual microphones, and quad speakers with Dolby Atmos support. 

Under the hood, the Galaxy Book 5 Pro packs a 76.1Wh battery with 65W USB-C charging support. The battery is claimed to offer up to 25 hours of video playback. For connectivity, the laptop is equipped with two Thunderbolt 4, an HDMI 2.1, a USB-A port, a microSD slot, and a headphone/mic combo jack. 

The Galaxy Book 5 Pro measures 355.4 x 250.4 x 12.5 mm and weighs 1.56 kg. The laptop runs Windows 11 Home out of the box. 

Samsung Galaxy Book 5 Pro Price in India, Availability 

The Galaxy Book 5 Pro with 16GB RAM, 512GB storage, and Intel Core Ultra 7 256V processor has been priced at Rs 1,44,990. The top-end model with 32GB RAM, 1TB storage, and Intel Core Ultra 7 258V processor costs Rs 1,76,990. 

The Galaxy Book 5 Pro comes in a Grey colour finish and is available for purchase via Samsung India website.
