While we already know that the GTA VI launch is far away, the leaks related to the game are already getting out of hand. The latest leaks regarding the game have revealed a lot of info about the gameplay, storyline, and other things. According to the tweets shared by X user LegacyKillaHD, the game will not have a long storyline like its predecessors. Nonetheless, it will include more side content to fill the gap.
Furthermore, it has also been said that the GTA VI map will be countryside and towns. The main story of the game will be shorter than Read Dead Redemption 2. Now, the RDR2 story mode was around 50 to 60 hours long depending on the time taken by a player to complete it.
Keeping that in mind, even if the rumors hold any truth, still we can get to see at least 37 to 45 hours of gameplay in the GTA VI story campaign. Apart from that, the inclusion of side content will only help in engaging players with the game for a longer period of time.
Previous leaks have also suggested that a major chunk of the game will deal with family dynamics and criminal struggles. Now, this doesn’t mean that the franchise is not going to add all the chaos that we already got a glimpse of in the trailer. And rumors related to side missions in the game based on the Fast and Furious movie franchise are working as fuel in the fire for fans who are eager to see the game debut.
As of now, Rockstar has only mentioned that the game is going to release in Fall 2025 and the fans are waiting for the second trailer of the game. The first trailer was nothing less than ‘wild’ as it shows some really chaotic elements making their way to the GTA universe.
