Oppo F27 Pro+, the new mid-range phone with an IP69 rating, is now available in India. The company claims it is “India’s first waterproof smartphone” based on the IP69 rating, which means the F27 Pro can withstand high-pressure water and steam cleaning. That makes it a better waterproof phone than most IP68-rated smartphones available on the market. But is it enticing enough for customers looking for a solid smartphone for under Rs 30,000?

Rivals such as POCO F6 offer better specifications, mostly suitable for high-performance tasks and high-grade gaming. It costs slightly more than the Oppo F27 Pro+ 5G but ticks most of the right boxes for customers searching for a fast phone.
