According to Flipkart, the Pixel 8a, priced at Rs 52,999, can go for as low as Rs 39,999. That is Rs 13,000 less than the original price. — When buying the Pixel 8a from Flipkart, you can use an SBI credit card for payment. That will make you eligible for a Rs 4,000 discount on the price. The Pixel 8a price after this discount will be Rs 48,999. But you can save a lot more.
— If you have an old smartphone that you no longer want to use, you can trade it in and get a good value. Irrespective of the value Flipkart will decide for your device, you will be eligible for a bonus of Rs 9,000. For instance, if you trade in last year’s Pixel 7a, the eligible exchange amount will be about Rs 20,000, including the bonus. However, Flipkart is counting the Rs 9,000 bonus as a discount towards the Pixel 8a price, which you get only when you exchange an old, used phone.
— The effective price of the Pixel 8a will be Rs 39,999 after applying the bank and exchange discounts. However, it will be much lower after applying the value of the traded-in phone. In Pixel 7a’s case, it will be Rs 28,999. The value will depend on the exchange value of your old phone. Flipkart will also let you buy the Pixel 8a through the no-cost EMI option, costing you Rs 3,333 per month.
