Google has officially rolled out its AI Mode in Search in India with several interesting features and intelligence. These features help in exploring information online in an effective way. This feature brings smarter and more interactive experience to users across the country. The feature was earlier introduced in the United States.

What is Google Search AI Mode:

The Google Search AI Mode is introduced in India as part of the experiment in Labs in English that was started rolling out to users outside of Labs at Google I/O 2025. It is company’s most advanced search experience that is designed to understand more detailed and complex questions. The feature is built using the customized version of the Gemini 2.5 that brings smarter reasoning. In addition, it has ability to handle multiple forms of information at once.

One of the striking features is that now you can ask one long question instead of multiple smaller ones. It will deliver you the direct and organized answer for it. In fact, early users are already typing in queries that are two to three times longer than what we normally see in regular searches.

Here’s How to Use AI Search Mode in India: Step-by-Step Guide

Step1: You can choose how you want to ask including in a way that feels more natural to you. It means you can type, speak, or even show what you are asking by using a photo. The feature is designed to work with both text and visuals.

Step 2: Additionally, you can use your Voice to ask questions by tapping on the microphone icon. It means if you are busy or walking or just want to ask a long or detailed questions without typing, then AI Mode will process your input and will deliver you an instant response.

Step 3: Ask Using an Image by opening the Google app on your android or Ios and then tap on the camera icon. You can also take a photo or upload it from your gallery.

Step 4: As soon as the image is added, you can ask your question.

Step5: You can also continue the question with a follow-up question.
