
Thomson, a popular French electronics brand, has released a new 43-inch QLED TV in the Indian market. And this time, the product packs the JioTeleOS operating system that launched a day ago. As for the TV, it offers 4K resolution and can serve as a home for multiple streaming platforms.
As for the pricing, the Thomson 43-inch QLED TV with JioTeleOS in the background is available in the market at a price of Rs 18,999. The same will be up for grabs via Flipkart starting from February 21, 2025. Another major highlight is that the users will also get a three months subscription to JioSaavn and JioHotstar along with one month subscription to JioGames.
The Thomson 43-inch QLED TV delivers unmatchable viewing quality with the 4K resolution panel on work. The display of the device offers 1.1 billion colors. It will be powered by the JioTele OS and the product also gets a built-in voice Assistant along with AI-backed content recommendations. The operating system of the Smart TV comes loaded with regional applications like HoiChoi, SunNXT, and a lot more along with mainstream applications like YouTube, Netflix, Sony LIV, and more.
The device brings other features like multiple HDMI ports and USB ports for connectivity and the option to mirror screen as well. It brings a 40W Dolby Audio Stereo Box speaker and supports both Bluetooth 5.0 and dual-band WiFi. The product is powered by an AMlogic processor and has 2GB RAM along with 8GB internal storage. And yes, it supports a game controller, keyboard, mouse, speakers, headphones, and more. Thomson officials have suggested, this time, that the brand is looking to double down on the localization of content and JioTeleOS is going to play a major role in that.
