Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra Specs (Expected)

Despite the holdup, the Galaxy S26 Ultra appears to be shaping up as a significant upgrade. It is said to feature a 10-bit display capable of producing one billion colours, a step up from the 8-bit panel seen on the Galaxy S25 Ultra. Powering the phone will be Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 for Galaxy chipset, paired with 12GB of RAM. news Also Read: OnePlus 15, OnePlus Ace 6 Launch Date In China To Be Announced On October 17: Key Specs Revealed

Battery capacity will remain 5,000mAh, but Samsung reportedly plans to introduce 60W fast charging, a noticeable improvement over previous models. The new charging setup is said to charge the device up to 80 percent in just about 30 minutes.

Samsung Galaxy S26: Development Still Underway

The Galaxy S26, on the other hand, will reportedly be powered by Samsung’s in-house Exynos 2600 processor. The chipset is expected to bring better efficiency and AI processing, as part of Samsung’s broader effort to strengthen its semiconductor division after recent setbacks.

While the design of the base model isn’t finalised yet, insiders suggest a simplified and refined look, in line with Samsung’s minimal design philosophy.

With talks of the Galaxy S26 Edge being dropped, Samsung’s next flagship lineup is expected to include three models – the Galaxy S26, Galaxy S26+, and Galaxy S26 Ultra.
