OnePlus has announced that it will introduce its new OnePlus Pad 2 alongside the flagship smartphone – OnePlus 15 – on October 27 in China at 7:00 pm (4:30 pm IST). OnePlus Pad 2 Design and Key Details

The new OnePlus Pad 2 is already up for pre-reservation on the brand’s official website, JD.com, and other major retail platforms in China. According to the teaser, it will come in Azure and Dark Gray colourways. OnePlus Pad 2 Specifications (Expected)

The Chinese variant of the device will be powered by MediaTek’s Dimensity 9400+ chipset along with up to 16GB of RAM and up to 512GB of internal storage. According to the report, the device will be available in three configurations: 8GB + 256GB, 12GB + 256GB, and 16GB + 512GB.

OnePlus Pad 2 Global vs China Variant

It’s worth noting that OnePlus already sells a tablet by this same name in global markets including India. That said, the global OnePlus Pad 2 is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 alongside up to 12GB RAM and up to 256GB storage. That model also features a 3K display, a 9,510mAh battery, and runs OxygenOS 15 based on Android 15.

In comparison, the Chinese variant aims to push performance further with the new Dimensity 9400+ SoC and a higher RAM configuration.

The launch event on October 27 will also see the debut of the OnePlus 15 and OnePlus Ace 6, making it a major showcase for the company’s late-2025 lineup.
