Honor Pad X9a visits TDRA website; Here's what we know so far

Honor release the Pad X8a in the Indian market last year in September. And now, rumors have it that the brand is preparing to launch the Honor Pax X9a in the global as well as Indian market. In a recent update, the tablet appeared on the Telecommunications and Digital Government Authority
(TDRA) official website. According to the listing, the appeared one is going to be a WiFi only variant.

Apart from that, a report by GizmoChina also mentioned that the device carried model number ELN2-W29. Keeping the model number aside, nothing related to the device has been revealed in the listing. Considering that its predecessor was available in the Indian market at Rs 12,999 for the 4GB RAM variant with 128GB internal storage, we can expect the upcoming pad to be priced more than that.

What we got to see in the Honor Pad X8a?

The Honor Pad X8a comes with 11-inch FHD display coupled with 90Hz refresh rate with 4000nits of peak brightness. The tablet will run on the MagicOS 8.0 based on the Android 14 operating system. It also comes with flicker free and low blue light certifications from TUV Rheinland. The device is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 680 6nm octa-core processor paired with 4GB RAM and 128GB internal storage.

It brings a 5MP rear sensor along with a 5MP front snapper for capturing selfies and attending video calls. The tablet also features a quad speaker unit powered by Hi-Res Audio certifications. It houses an 8300mah battery along with other features like Bluetooth, OTG, WiFi, and more. One thing which we already know is that the upcoming model is going to be an upgrade over its predecessor. We can at least get to see a more powerful processor in the Honor Pad X9a.
