ChatGPT Go is a lower-cost alternative to the ChatGPT Plus subscription. It unlocks expanded access to GPT-5 model – including expanded uploads and faster image creation. Last week, OpenAI had announced that users in India will be eligible to get free access to the ChatGPT Go plan for 1 year.

How to avail free ChatGPT Go plan

To claim the 1-year trial offer, users need to select the ChatGPT Go plan within their account. Users are required to enter valid debit/credit card or UPI details for account verification. It is important to note that once the free trial ends after one year, users will be charged for the subscription at Rs 399/month. The plan can be cancelled anytime.
