Vivo’s upcoming flagship, the X300 Pro, is months away from release but recent leaks indicate that it might be a camera and battery monster. The X300 Pro will reportedly release in October 2025 and may introduce a range of improvements in camera, performance, and battery life. Tipsters Digital Chat Station and ACE_10ace have recently shared renders and details of the Vivo X300 Pro, giving Vivo fans an idea of what to expect.
As per the leaked renders, the Vivo X300 Pro may have the same design as the previous model, where there is a big, round rear camera module in the centre. It has three cameras and another sensor, and comes with ZEISS T* lens coating to reduce reflections and enhance image sharpness.
Inside, the phone is expected to be powered by MediaTek’s upcoming Dimensity 9500 processor. This new chip is built using ARM’s Cortex-X930 core and is paired with an Immortalis-Drage GPU. The chip is expected to offer better power efficiency and improved graphics. The display is said to be a flat 6.8-inch panel with 1.5K resolution (1,260 x 2,800 pixels).
One of the most eye-catching upgrades is the 7,000mAh battery, a major jump over the X200 Pro’s 6,000mAh and the X100 Pro’s 5,400mAh capacity. Although charging speeds are still unknown, Vivo could bump them up from the current 90W wired and 30W wireless standards to support the bigger battery.
Vivo’s X series means powerhouse cameras and the X300 Pro will not disappoint either. The X300 Pro may receive a 50MP Sony LYT-828 main sensor, 50MP ultra-wide lens, and 200MP periscope telephoto camera. The primary sensor is claimed to provide Hybrid Frame-HDR with more than 100dB of dynamic range, even better than Sony’s flagship 1-inch sensors. The phone may also support Ultra High Conversion Gain and Quad Phase Detection, which are designed to take faster, clearer, and more colorful images.
With this array of features, the Vivo X300 Pro may be among the most powerful Android flagships of 2025.
