Samsung has officially launched the Galaxy Z Flip 7, its latest foldable phone that comes with Galaxy AI features. The Flip 7 keeps the same iconic clamshell look but comes with some crucial upgrades – from a larger cover screen and better battery life to a smarter AI-powered experience. Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 7: Specifications and Features

The Galaxy Z Flip 7’s cover display now measures a 4.1-inch AMOLED display with up to 2,600 nits brightness and a 120Hz refresh rate. The inner display remains a 6.9-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X panel. At 188 grams and 13.7mm when folded, the Galaxy Z Flip 7 is said to be Samsung’s slimmest Flip phone yet. It packs a 4,300mAh battery and Samsung claims that it can support up to 31 hours of video playback on a single charge. Under the hood is a new 3nm Exynos 2500 processor, customised for Galaxy devices. And for the first time on a Flip phone, Samsung DeX is supported, turning the phone into a mini workstation when connected to a display.

Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 7: AI Features 

The Flip 7 also comes with Galaxy AI features directly accessible from the FlexWindow. Using voice commands, you can ask Gemini Live to search for travel info, pull up flight details, or set reminders. Apart from this, some other AI tools include personalised cover screen options like wallpapers, widgets, and emojis. It also gets AI-powered photo editing, camera sharing via Gemini Live to get real-time help while capturing photos. 

Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 7 Availability And Offers

The Pre-orders for the Galaxy Z Flip 7 begin on July 9, and it will be available to buy from July 25. It costs $1099.99 for the 256GB storage option in three colour options – Blue Shadow, Jetblack, Coral-red, and Mint (online exclusive). In India, it costs Rs 1,09,999 for a 12GB RAM and a 256GB storage, while the 512GB storage option costs Rs 121,999.
