Samsung Galaxy M35 5G set for launch in India during Amazon Prime Day

Samsung Galaxy M35 5G is coming to India soon. The company has put up teasers to hint at the launch during the Amazon Prime Day sale, which will run between July 20 and 21. Originally launched back in May in Brazil, the Galaxy M35 5G will be a budget smartphone, catering to the sub-Rs 20,000 segment. While the exact price is unclear, we know the Galaxy M35 5G’s specifications already, and Samsung is unlikely to change the hardware for the Indian market. Samsung Galaxy M35 5G specifications

Featuring support for 5G connectivity on both SIM cards, the Galaxy M35 5G will sport a 6.6-inch Full-HD+ Super AMOLED Infinity-O Display. That is Samsung’s name for the punch-hole display design. The display will have a 120Hz refresh rate and up to 1,000 nits of peak brightness. Powering the Samsung Galaxy M35 5G will be an octa-core Exynos 1380 processor, paired with a Mali-G68 GPU for graphics. You can expect up to 8GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage on the phone. However, it will support a microSD card of up to 1TB storage. You could use two nano-sized SIM cards or one nano-sized SIM card and a microSD card at once in the hybrid slot. Powered by Android 14-based One UI 6.1, the Galaxy M35 5G has a 50MP main camera with an F/1.8 aperture and optical image stabilisation (OIS), an 8MP ultrawide camera with F/2.2 aperture, and a 2MP macro camera with an F/2.4 aperture. It will have a 13MP front camera with an F/2.2 aperture. The Samsung Galaxy M35 5G will feature a 6000mAh battery that charges at up to 25W speed. It will have a USB-C port for both charging and audio output. The connectivity options include Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, GLONASS, Beidou, Galileo, and QZSS. Amazon has enabled a microsite on its website to tease the Galaxy M35 5G’s launch in India. Although the banner says the phone is “coming soon,” you can expect its launch between July 20 and 21. The Samsung Galaxy M35 5G will be available in Dark Blue, Light Blue, and Grey colours.
