Samsung is reportedly planning to launch two new Galaxy A-series phones soon. Rumoured to become a part of the company’s popular series, the Samsung Galaxy A54 and Galaxy A34 have been a part of the rumour mill for quite some time. Tipster Sudhanshu Ambhore and Appuals have shared what could be the prices of the Galaxy A54 and Galaxy A34 in Europe. Considering the Galaxy A-series belongs to the mid-range, the leaked prices make sense. The leak said the Galaxy 54 5G will be available in 128GB and 256GB variants with 8GB of RAM in common. The Samsung Galaxy A34 5G, on the other hand, will reportedly come in two variants with different RAM and storage capacities. There would be a 6GB RAM, 128GB storage model that may cost between €410 and €430 (roughly Rs 36,200 and Rs 38,000). A higher variant with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage may be priced at €470 to €490, which translates to roughly Rs 41,540 to Rs 43,308).
These prices are significantly higher than what the predecessors of the Galaxy A34 5G and Galaxy A54 5G cost. For instance, the Galaxy A33 5G was launched in Europe at a starting price of €370, while the Galaxy A53 5G starting price was €450. The Indian prices of the Galaxy A33 5G and Galaxy A53 5G start at Rs 25,999 and Rs 33,499, respectively.
Samsung has yet to announce a launch date for the Galaxy A54 5G and Galaxy A34 5G, but from what we know through rumours, both phones will bring significant upgrades over their prequels, especially in terms of performance. The Samsung Galaxy A54 5G may come with a more powerful Exynos 1380 processor, which will be a welcome upgrade over the Exynos 1280 processor that powers the Galaxy A53 5G.
