Realme GT 8, GT 8 Pro Full Specifications Surface Ahead Of October 21 Launch: Check Here

Realme is all set to unveil its next-generation flagship smartphone series – the Realme GT 8 lineup – in China on October 21, featuring the Realme GT 8 and GT 8 Pro. While the company has already teased a few highlights, a new leak from tipster Bald Panda on Weibo has now revealed nearly the complete specifications of both models, giving a closer look at what to expect from Realme’s upcoming flagships. Realme GT 8, GT 8 Pro Specifications

Reports suggest that the Realme GT 8 and GT 8 Pro will both sport a flat OLED display measuring 6.78 inches, featuring a 2K resolution with a high refresh rate of 144Hz. The panel is anticipated to feature ultra-slim bezels and high brightness. Realme has confirmed the Pro model will include swappable deco for its cameras, but it is unclear if that design element will also extend to the vanilla GT 8. According to the leak, the Realme GT 8 will have a 50MP main camera, an 8MP ultrawide-angle lens, as well as a 50MP periscope sensor. The GT 8 Pro will have a more advanced camera setup featuring two 50MP sensors for the main and ultra-wide cameras, followed by a much higher resolution 200MP periscope lens, which may utilise Samsung’s HP5 sensor. For the processors, the Realme GT 8 is expected to run on the Snapdragon 8 Elite and the Pro version looking to ace the high-performance Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 SoC.

The two models are expected to feature a large 7,000mAh battery. The GT 8 will support 100W wired charging, while the GT 8 Pro is rumoured to support 120W wired and 50W wireless charging, as well as 50W PPS charging and 44W UFCS charging standards.

The GT 8 series is expected to launch with Realme UI 7 based on Android 16, offering up to 16GB RAM and 1TB storage. Colour options may include white, blue, and green. The GT 8 Pro is said to measure 8.2mm thick and weigh between 209g and 214g, depending on the finish.
