According to iQOO’s Product Director Galant V, the iQOO Neo 11 will feature a 2K flat OLED display with a 144Hz refresh rate — a big upgrade over the previous generation. The screen is said to use BOE’s Q10+ luminous material, which offers improved brightness, contrast, and energy efficiency. For comparison, the higher-end iQOO 15 will use a Samsung AMOLED 2K panel with the same 144Hz refresh rate, but the Neo 11’s display is said to come close in overall clarity and smoothness while being more affordable.
As per reports, the iQOO Neo 11 will be powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset, paired with OriginOS 6 based on Android 16. It is also said to include an ultrasonic in-display fingerprint sensor. Under the hood, the iQOO Neo 11 may pack a large 7,500mAh battery with 100W fast wired charging support – placing it in the upper mid-range segment.
While the brand hasn’t officially shared details about the cameras yet, early leaks suggest a 50MP main sensor with OIS, likely accompanied by ultra-wide and depth lenses.
The iQOO Neo 11 is expected to debut on October 20 in China, alongside the iQOO 15 series. It will likely take on rivals like the Realme GT 8, OnePlus Ace 6, and Redmi K90 in the performance-focused smartphone category.
